I have decades of experience in parenting, birth and puerperium support. I am an IBCLC-certified professional lactation consultant. I addressed in infant sleep with respect for the physiology and growth stages of the child, offering holistic and respectful support.
My training includes an in-depth study of Mindfulness-based childbirth and parenting techniques and a specialization in high sensitivity.
