I’m a Holistic sleep coach with OCN Level 6 Accreditation in Holistic Sleep Coaching – the highest accreditation in the field. I am also a certified doula, and a mum of two. I became fascinated with sleep through my own son’s sleep when I had him in Covid and felt a lack of resources when it came to gentle approaches and understanding infant mental health. I support families through the ups and downs of infant and toddler sleep, offering gentle, responsive guidance that builds confidence and connection.
