Hi there, I’m Jos, founder of Wholesome Sleepers. I’m first and foremost mummy to two beautiful humans, and also a proud holistic sleep
consultant, certified to OCN-6 with  Lyndsey Hookway.

I specialize in early years sleep coaching, for babies to first-schoolers. The foundation for my work is evidence-based and deeply rooted in attachment theory to support infant neuroscience and the wholesome well-being of future generations.

When I work with you, we are aiming to unpack and rebuild sleep and its interconnected areas in a gentle, family-centric way, to ensure that everyone is heard and held during the early years. And no one will be crying it out!
